Maximising Value
With Our Processes
Our aluminium processing involves a series of refined steps to ensure high-quality output. We begin with aluminium collection and shredding, followed by flotation and X-ray analysis to sort and purify the material. The aluminium is then remelted to achieve the desired consistency. Finally, it undergoes casting and homogenization, ensuring uniformity in the final product. Each process is meticulously managed for superior results.
1. Aluminium Collection and Shredding
The journey begins with the collection and preparation phase, aluminium scrap materials are gathered and meticulously sorted to ensure quality and purity. Subsequently, these materials undergo shredding and sorting processes to separate them based on their composition and characteristics, setting the stage for subsequent processing steps in the recycling journey.
2. Flotation and Alumina Concentration
Extracted bauxite undergoes flotation, separating impurities and yielding a concentrated alumina-rich solution.
3. X-Ray Sorting
The alumina to be inspected and sorted is evenly distributed onto the sorter conveyor belt and transported between X-ray emitter (source) and receiver (LDA). We can get the right material we want through adjusting sorting process of X-ray sorting machine.
4. Remelting
According to the composition and quality requirements of various aluminum alloys, use high-quality aluminum materials sorted by X-ray, green aluminum ingots and various intermediate alloys to be melted for the casting billets.
5. Casting and Homogenization
Hot top and horizontal aluminum casting billets production is an aluminum alloy casting process that combines hot top casting and horizontal casting technologies. By precisely controlling the temperature and melt liquid level, it achieves efficient and high-quality aluminum alloy casting billets production. then homogenized for uniform composition and structure.
