End-to-end controlled process

From raw material control to final validation, every stage is designed to ensure consistent, traceable quality and performance.

  1. Raw Material Receiving & Inspection

    Incoming aluminium materials are inspected and verified against specified requirements before processing.

  2. Material Sorting & Preparation

    Raw materials are sorted, identified and prepared under controlled conditions to maintain material suitability and traceability.

  3. Melting & Alloy Adjustment

    Aluminium is melted under controlled conditions and alloy composition is adjusted to meet specified chemical requirements.

  4. Refining & Degassing

    Controlled refining and degassing processes are performed to improve melt cleanliness and prepare the molten aluminium for casting.

  5. Casting

    Molten aluminium is cast into billets or ingots under controlled process parameters to achieve consistent product quality.

  6. Homogenization & Cutting

    Cast billets are homogenized and cut to specified dimensions in preparation for subsequent processing or customer requirements.

  7. Extrusion, stretching, cutting and Artificial Ageing

    Billets are extruded into customer-specified profiles, followed by controlled stretching and ageing to achieve required dimensional and mechanical properties.

  8. Final Inspection, Packing & Delivery

    Finished products are inspected against specified requirements, identified for traceability, packed and released for delivery.
